- Homes over 4500 sq ft will be priced by a visual inspection

Is pest control expensive?
Pest control is actually very affordable. Average price for general pest control is $75-100 a quarter
Do you offer a warranty?
We warranty all of our work. A quarterly pest control service comes with a warranty in between regular services. If you have pest problems covered by our quarterly service we will return in between the regular visit at no charge.
Does termite treatment have a warranty?
We warranty all termite work for the life of the property as long as the structure is still standing.
Do you offer Commercial services?
We pride ourselves in commercial work. We have provided commercial services since we opened.
Do we have to leave for the service to be performed?
We don’t ask customers to leave unless we are doing flea or bedbug treatment. Most pest control services don’t have any concerns with chemical exposure for the homeowner
How often should I treat my house for pest?
A standard treatment for general pest control will last 3 months. We highly recommend a quarterly cycle which is a treatment once every 3 month for residential customers.
Do you offer Bedbug treatment?
We do offer bedbug services but we do NOT provide heat treatment for bedbugs, we offer a chemical treatment for bedbugs that is highly affective.
